Making seeds using just t5's?

Hey, i'm about to make some photo sensitive fem seeds and am curious if t5's would be sufficient. I have an unused 600 watt but will only have 2 or 3 plants in the tent and if I can get away with t5's, i'd rather go that route (power usage and heat).Any info welcome, thanks!

seedlings dont like alot of light or need it
t5 perfect for them i seen grow that used t-5 whole grow but since u got 600 w use later after they establish
how long u plan veg?

I mean, i'm going to make female seeds from existing plants using coilodal silver to cause female pollen and am curious if this is enough light for decent seeds. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm taking them from the flowering room and putting them in a different tent to keep the pollen at bay.
