They are both male, in the last picture you can see the nut on the left. What you think are pistils are the stipules.

Looks like a male to me.

It's just a Nikon coolpix L18

I'm pretty sure both of your plants are boys, post up another pic of them

last ones looks almost like it has both balls and pistils

the first looks to be a female to i think its just the way u took the pic , the last 5 pics look to be females to , id wait till they start growing the nuts then pull them ,, your only at risk if the nuts open !

Wait a little longer. As ICG said, your only in trouble when they open. Give em another week before you make a decision. You can use the male plant as compost as well. Don't have to grind it up violently.

dont mean to hijack but cant u chop up the male and make some nice butter ?
