Mama's Girls

Hi all fellow growers of kind bud. I have a perpetual grow where I harvest a plant about every week. In my grow right now I have Hash Berry, Bubbalicous, and Shit. These pics (if I did this right) are a side view and a top view of one of my bubbalicous girls. I have some height restraints so I LST them into bushes. I am a big fan of LST.

Any and all constructive comments are welcome. I've been growing for years but know I can still learn.

All my plants are girls and after years of failure I can clone. Yaaaa. My cloning method is so ghetto but hey it works. This pic is my cloner.

I plant my clones in the red plastic party cups and once the roots fill the cup (pic 1) I start the training.
Pic 2 is the same clone repotted and tied down.

Here's that same girl as above about a week later. I'll call her HB girl. She is a cross between Hash Berry and Bubbalicous. She's starting to grow. I will be posting about her once a week from now till she's done.

Here's 3 of my girls in flower. There under a 400 watt HPS. I enjoy working with the vegging girls and consider flowering just the boring waiting time. You water, feed, rotate and wait. Not like the vegging girls where someone always needs to be re tied or re potted. But I like the end product of the flowering. My kind bud is the best bud you can get in our area but then you all know if you grow the bud kind it will be kind to you.

Now onto my latest expirament .

My flowering room only has about 6 1/2 feet of height so I LST all my girls into bushes to make up for the fact that I have to put them in at about 4 1/2 feet. I've been using 5 gallon buckets and doing nicely but since vegging space isn't a problem I decided to try a 10 gallon tote. The first pic is the girl I'm LSTing to go in the tote. I had LST'd her into about 5 branches and let them grow about 2 feet tall.
Then I tied those down and am going to keep training it in this cat litter bucket ( please none of the clear pots killing the roots because of the light.)If my CFL's could reach the bottom of the pots with enough strength maybe something could happen but my girls in these containers and in covered ones do the same.
So once she's really root bound I am going to put her in the 10 gallon tote and veg her till she's 4 1/2 tall.

The first pic is a side view of her. The cup is for size proportion. The second pic is from the top. I am traing her branches around the sides. I will also be following tote grow in this thread. I know the vegging time will be longer but that's not a problem for me.

Another girl was ready to come out of the cloner today. She's a bubbalicous and out of the 3 different bubba plants I've got going so far she's the best. I'm going to give them all a couple more harvests before I choose the best one to keep. There's a pic of her attached.

Well I've been reading around the site gathering information about teas, worm bin,s and composting. I of course grow organicaly and have been spending a lot on organic ferts. Well I keep bunnies and chickens and live close enough to the ocean to gather seaweed. Plus I live in a rural area where horse and cow manure are plentiful and free so I'm sure I could make some great compost.
If anyone has any great links to threads on these topics please post them for me.I'm kinda thinking on 2 compost piles one for veg and one for bloom if that's possible. I guess I have research to do.....

Thanks hidden hammer but I'm a DIY grower (on a budget) so I'm gonna make my own worm bin.I've wanted to do it for years.

Okay now here's 2 pics of my girl BH. #1 is how she looks now. She has grown up and out nice. Now I'll tie her down again and this is her in pic #2

I'm so happy with how she's coming along.

So I transplanted into the 10 gallon tote yestersay. Pic #1 is a side view and #2 is the top view. The 2nd pic has a red party cup in it so you can get a size visualation. Now I am going to let her bush up and out.
I am really thinking this is going to be great.

I've been working on my worm bin now I just have to get the worms.

Darn broke a nice big branch on one of my girls and didn't notice it. The branch is all wilted and dying. I've splinted it but I think it's to late. Damn, Damn, Damn I hate making these flippin mistakes with my girls. Anyway it pisses me off so much because she's going into a tote tomorrow.Oh well I'll see in the morning if the branch bounces back.

Here's the girl in the tote today. She has taken to the tote nice. There's lots of room for big healthy roots. I wonder how long I'm gonna have to veg her up. I know at least another month so I want to try to put another one in a tote every 10 days or so.

Here's HB girl. The first pic is how she's grown in 6 days. So I transplanted her and now here she is in the 2nd pic.

The soil I transplanted her in is a mix of

Pro mix
Coast of Maine lobster compost
perilite
vermiculite
pelatized lime
worm castings
bat guano

we'll see in a week how she's liking her new home.

Here's the 1st tote girl as of today. The first pic is a top view ( red party cup for size) and the bottom pic is a side view. I'm happy with how her training has come along. Now I am just going to let her veg up to get some height on her. I'm going to be planting the 3rd one in a tote today.

I'm really thinking the 10 gallon tote is going to work out well.

So sometimes mama makes mistakes and boy did I make a biggie. I put my last clone of blue ( I color code different plants to keep track) into flower thinking I had one left in the veg room. Well so now I need to reveg her. I cut the buds off her and this pic is what's left of her. Now she's going back in the veg room and I'm gonna treat her like I do my other vegging girls.
I understand it will take her longer to grow then a regular clone but she's so sweet and sticky I'm willing to give her all the time she needs.

If anyone has experience with revegging I'd love some tips. Experience being the key word.I know a lot of people like to pass on what they've heard and that's cool but I believe if you haven't done it or aren't doing it then why are you giving advice. Sorry, I am a bitch but non growers giving growing advice makes me just want to take another bong hit.
