Mamba Negra + Mystery Girl

This will be my second attempt under only LEDs. I have had a bit a good results using a mix of CFLs and LEDs. Previously, in my 1st LED attempt, my two girls ended up yielding about 50 g dry as they suffered in flowering with various deficiencies and ph problems. Basically, they just stopped growing and eventually I had to cut them or they'd die off. Big cal/mag problems due to the soil Ph...In the end, the smoke was decent and after the cure, the nugs were tight...in any event much better than what you might find on the street but way off as far as potential!

This grow...

Plants: 2 Blimburn Mamba Negra and 1 bagseed from some local mids which just turned out to be a girl

Medium: BioBizz All Mix with Garden Lime mixed in to control the Ph (I hope
) and clay pellets at the bottom of the pots for drainage.

Nutrients: BioBizz Grow, Bloom and Top Max

Lights: 1 Hans Panel 65W and 2 Plant Phototonics 23/32W

Backstory: The two Mambas first sprouted above soil on May 18 (they were germed with the paper towel method and then immediately placed in Jiffy discs on May 22). During this period, they got their light by sitting on the windowsill. On May 23, they were placed under the LEDs 18/6 in the "mothers" setting on the Hans and the "Veg" setting on the 2 PPs
They were in smaller pots, maybe 1 L, during this time.

They were transplanted into their current homes on June 16 and started 12/12 on June 22 meaning they vegged for about 1 month. The Mystery Girl was placed as a seeding under 12/12 and has never been transplanted. She got 4 days of 18/6 before being switched to 12/12 (I didn't know the sex and didn't want to spend any time on it...if it was a male, i'd have tossed it out, but it turned out to be female, so the more the merrier! Plus, it'll be my first attempt at growing 12/12 from start.)

Right now, these pix are from day 15 of true flowering. They showed true flowers (not pre-flowers) on July 1 - 1 week appr. after switching to 12/12. The mystery girl didn't start flowering until July 12 (3 days before these pix)...

According to the breeders, I have 40 more days of flowering, but I'm thinking more, cause they are still growing. The little mystery girl is getting crowded out from the Hans but she's enjoying the proximity of the PP panel.

The nute schedule is every week at 1/2 strength. I might up that cause they seem to like the juice!!!

Thanx for stopping by and comments, suggestions, etc are always welcome!

Okay, so here we are week 3 of flowering and week 4 from 12/12:

The larger, more sativa leaning pheno of the two:

Here's the smaller of the two, and she tends to have a bit more Indica in her but the bud sites on her are really filling in big and "juice-i-ly":

And, last but not least, my slutty little bagseed Indica mystery girl...who has only known and will only know the lights to shine for a mere 12 hours and flowered 9 days ago:

I had a little thought the other day that the mystery girl might be an auto - she did start to flower rather quickly - but seeing as how I've grown her practically from seed 12/12, that is an answer we may never know...I guess I could always see if I could in some way re-veg her by increasing the time she's exposed to light but, really, that sounds like a lot of trouble and I want to see her quality before any crazy experiments begin...plus, I have a lot of the same seeds...unfortunately

So far, so good...the only problem I've had is that the girls are always thirsty! I've come home to find them drooping down, looking sad, after only 1 day of being watered. This, however, is an annoyance which comes welcomed cause in past grows, I've had problems with root rot and plants simply sitting in stagnant water due to poor drainage...hopefully, this has been resolved.

I need to check to ph of the soil to make sure I'm in the green zone and no deficiencies start to crop up on me...will probably do that soon!

Okay, day 44 from 12/12, day 36 from flowering...they were last fed last Tuesday and then watered yesterday (with a little Epsom salt as always). They would be due another feeding, but I'm not going to feed them anymore. They look like they need to use the nutrients already available to them and don't want any more. ...with that....

First, a pic under lights...

and then some full pix out of the lights of the MNs:

Plus, some pix of their purty parts...

but, let's not forget the dirty little girl who might be an Auto (I can swing both ways) but looks like she at least enjoys transvesting as a Photo in 12/12:
