Pick your damaged leaves if you are doing Simple organic soil with a basic tomato feed it's doubtful there is a deficiency this early it looks like that's a really powerful light I would pull them away from that light a little bit definitely pick the leaves and watch for new growth period if you still have a problem that's when you want to look towards nutrient deficiencies your soil was way too high 7 is probably the limit I would think
