If they make some kind of deal where trump escapes incarceration, it will probably cause some major problems, up to the riots they seem to be trying to avoid.
The LEAST i would consider even close to an acceptable resolution is strict house arrest, with no interviews, no appearances, no tweeting, truthing, and NO GRIFTING...
You left out NO GUESTS: don’t need mobsters flocking to kiss the effing ring

It *is* a pretty brazen gesture of contempt…to the German chancellor

Capital ASS, indeed
Things have changed, they knew Trump was Putin's boy and he had them by the balls for energy, Putin brought a dog to a meeting with Merkel knowing she was terrified of dogs. Putin fucking up in attacking Ukraine and Trump losing the election changed all that and exposed Russian weakness. Europe got off Russian energy in a hurry and Germany is rebuilding their military and everybody now realizes Europe can handle Russia easily in a conventional war. In less than 2 years of war Trump is headed for prison, Putin is under indictment while Russia is nearly defeated in Ukraine, on the verge of revolution and on the ropes economically. The Dutch have not forgotten their downed airliner, the UK the use of weapons of mass destruction on its territory as weapons of assassination, the Baltics and eastern Europe have not forgotten decades of oppression. Russia has many enemies and no friends, and they are continuing to make enemies by starving the Muslim world.

Teixeira didn’t get house arrest.
If Trump is charged under the espionage act and if Jack does not oppose his release upon indictment. Comey could have been right about an ankle bracelet and being in SS custody, they would be his jailers and his bodyguards. Some of the SS could also be witnesses against him and about 20 of them testified to a grand jury about the MAL documents.

Mark Meadows testifies in grand jury about BOTH the insurrection & Trump's classified docs crimes

13,640 views Jun 7, 2023 #TeamJustice
Mark Meadows has some of the most directly and sharply incriminating evidence against Donald Trump. Based on recent reporting by the New York Times, ABC News and other outlets, Special Counsel Jack Smith and the grand jury now have the benefit of that incriminating evidence as well.

One of the most important unanswered questions about Meadows' testimony is: did he testify as a cooperating witness who pleaded guilty (under seal) and agreed to cooperate against Trump to minimize his potential prison sentence? Or did Jack Smith immunize Meadows to secure his testimony?

This video does a deep dive into the difference between cooperating witnesses and immunized witnesses. Either way, with Meadows testifying to the grand jury, Donald Trump's fortunes have taken a sharp turn for the worse.

Looks like max jail time is ~400 years

Counts 1-31: 10x31 = 310
Counts 32-35: 20x4 = 80
Count 36: 1x5 = 5
310+80+5 = 395 years max (consecutive)
Concurrent = 20 years

how about we split the difference:
100 years
no pardon, no parole, no pension, no gifts, no rallies, no fundraising,
no private visits, no outgoing communication

are there minimum sentences? He won’t survive past year fifteen.
