With all the information fluttering around the internet it's hard to distinguish fact from fiction, I read that Marc Emery's sentencing is suppose to be today, I haven't seen any updates anywhere, its as if all the information pertaining to this trial stops at June. Does anyone know anything about the sentencing? Where is it taking place? Who is the judge giving the sentence? That kind of stuff.
