"Marijuana Addiction" info page true/false?

I was recently on google and came across a page from a website which surprised me very much. All of the claims made on the website regarding the use of cannabis basically contradict what everyone seems to think about cannabis as a medicine, etc.. What do you guys think about this? Is the info on here true or false?

Coming from a treatment org. Same old Project Sam/Dare bull crap. :More Carcinogens than cig. smoke". they don't tell U (an oversight I'm sure ) it is less carcinogenic. "The research is not in but Marijuana use is associated with ........". If the research is not in, what do they base their claims on, what is good for their bottom line. 1970's era BS.
