Marijuana at school: Loss of concentration, risk of psychosis

How is this even on the table, is there not a legal age to abide by, you cant have it both ways, judge the legal market by illegal actions, underage consumption should not be focused and speculated upon unless its naturally assumed that the system and law enforcment is a joke. Hmm rather thought provoking this media spewing false facts, so far just speculation, as such holds no merit. But is spread about to influence the public, hmm seem the media might have a hidden agenda, otherwise why would such false speculation occur.

I'm sure there are many studies that also show alcohol is not real good for the developing brain or for concentration in school. That's why we have a minimum age for consumption. It's an adult product, just like cannabis, why are they talking about kids? I had absolutely no problem getting alcohol and cannabis when I was in school 35+ years ago and I'm sure it'll be no different after legalization. Caffeine, energy drinks and smart phones effect concentration in school too. Let's ban those to save the poor kids too. Fucking idiots.
As for the psychosis....someone please show me a verified instance of psychosis CAUSED by cannabis. I've seen a shitload of people permanently fucked from alcohol and prescription drugs though.

They think it'll be more accessible to teenagers but teenagers already have access to it. I remember there was always someone you could ask to get you some or get in contact with. Most of the potheads I knew were honor roll students, the burnouts were burnouts regardless if they smoked pot or not. I'm still on the side of caution. The research needs to go into full gear and I would be in support of a portion of the tax collected for the first 5 years be allocated toward research. What's clear from all these news stories is that there isn't enough information and they're likely to make the rules more stringent to be safe. At the same time they want to go overboard with something like roadside tests that have no scientific backing to it and make arbitrary limits because it gives the police an easy revenue source with those $1k+ fines.
