Ginger and peppermint are classic aids for nausea/morning sickness. And are definitely safe. Avoid rich, fried, fatty or highly spiced foods. Then again, if you fancy something, and can be reasonably sure it will stay down, have it and enjoy it!

I forgot about Ginger! I take tons of it when I go scuba diving. I burp ginger all day, lol....It works though. I also think ingesting marijuana would work too.

My younger brother and I are both pot baby's. I plan on going to college in the fall for a degree in psychology (after taking a year off) and my younger brother is just entering high school, enrolled in the IB program, involved in band and is generally a well rounded kid. I won't like, my brother has ADHD (then again, so does my mother), and I have ADD and anxiety. Any of our mental health problems are inherited, and my mother has them, and her mother didn't smoke pot at all. I'm not saying that any of this is related to my mom smoking when I was a fetus, but we turned out well despite that.

I would suggest definately only smoking the stuff you've grown and investing in a vaporizor., purely as a precaution. I understand the morning sickness is a problem, and I think that smoking can help with apitite and keeping food down so she has nurishment for the baby and herself.

Well i can't tell you an good reference sites on the subject. However, my mother smoked pot when she was pregnant with me and my siblings. Also my aunt did the same when she was carrying my cousins. 3 out of 5 of us got degree's, 4 out of 5 play a musical instrument, no brain damage, no criminal tendencies, no short bus, 5 average kids, turned into 5 average adults. I cannot, however tell you the amount or frequency of usage during any of the pregnancies. That being said, even though i, as well as my relatives turned out just fine, (above average in many ways) i would advise against it. Why tempt fate, 9 months is not that long to wait in my opinion, and you will sleep more comfortably without wondering if there will be any consequences for the baby in the future.

I will give no opinions... only SOLID FACTS.

A study of women in Jamaica was performed.

Women who smoked cannabis everyday of the
pregnancy, and Women who didn't.

This was a large ongoing study over years.

ALL, 100%, of the children, who's mothers
smoked locally grown cannabis on a daily
basis, out performed all the children that
were cannabis free the entire pregnancy.

Outperformed in social and physical tests.

An article was written about Dr.Breher, who
conducted this test, in CC. Here is the article
about her:
http://www.cannabisculture.com/articles/1404.html

And here a quick video on a conference she
held about the study:

Good luck, Congratulations and don't believe
the nega-hype.
