Good article and some great points. Let's hope there are some reasonable people in the legislative process who realize that some of the proposed rules/law are unenforceable and downright stupid. It would save Canadians a lot of hassle and money, both personally and through our taxes because as he mentions there's no way some of these proposed laws will make the constitutional cut when challenged in the courts.

The senate will holdup legalization of this bill in its current form....imo. You can be damn sure the Cons/NDP are gonna make the lack of real MJ legalization a campaign issue. I'm sure Ontario will at least send a strong message to the Fed's when Wynne gets tossed next year.
