Totally agree...we live in a country where people are made to fear growing a plant...let alone giving out any kind of personal information even it is in an anonymous survey. I would be very surprised if anyone actually completes it (let alone being completely honest with it) Most growers (the smart ones anyway) feel 'What good can come from this?" and don't disclose personal info. I have a great many friends but at the end of the day no one but God and myself know what I have in the tent in my bed room.
