My stand as well, they'll have to charge and arrest me for refusing the sample. High or not, the point is they can't force it on us and the courts will eventually prove that. They'd also have to prove how the cop ever got to the point of asking for the sample because I don't drive if I'm stoned. And that's the biggest issue I have with it, they're leaving the call up to the cops. We know the cops will always push way over the line to get their quotas or just satisfy their need to be assholes. I've seen it way too many times (cops crossing the line), not going to happen and I'll gladly be the first challenger to the prohibition 2.0 laws $#%!

Anyone doing 35 in a 50 zone is likely ripped on Weed ( or alternately Pills or booze ) and easy enough for a Cop to sniff out , a pun.

Im with you guys I don't drive stoned

It turns me into that Sunday driver that can annoy the frantic ones.

you dont have to be stoned to fail..
you could have smoked days earlier
and still fail days later..:hump: even if you havent smoked that day!

Well that test is no good , I heard of a elementary kid who invented a device to tell if your smoked recently , how ever he did that I don't know but he was 10 years old.

That Saliva test needs to be proven to be accurate within a few hours of consumption or else its useless to them in court isnt it ?

Let us not paint everyone with the same brush now please. When I drive stoned I am mellow and relaxed. When I drive straight (very rare) I become one of the frantic ones. They are the aggressively dangerous drivers that surely cause far more accidents than stones drivers. I am now 43 years accident free, stoned and all. On the very rare occasion that I feel I am too stoned to drive, I stay home or phone a friend.
