Mars 400(80x5w) 2x2 veg tent

As the title says just wondering what people with a little led experience think about the setup

Got 4 plants veg in a 2x2 4 gal pots with a mars hydro 400 (80x5w)

Will this be enough to veg 4 plants to 1 foot or so?

Just veg cycle have a separate flower tent.

Also have a 400 w hid I could re-setup. grabbed this led tho thinking about heat and efficiency
