Not legal by any means here in Vancouver BC. You can however go into The New Amsterdam Cafe and roll up as many blunts as you can handle. I think there are another cafe or 2 that allow it. There is just a general tolerance for it here. You can walk down the road smokin a joint and not worry about it(if you have respect about smokin it in public). I have blazed with many ppl around the world by going there and the types of people smokng pot is really diverse. Your typical hippie to CEO, and I think that Vancouver for one has recognized that.

South Australia and ACT both have weed Decriminilised. Personal amounts are a simple fine like a speeding ticket. The way it should be.

In SA, you used to be able to grow 10 plants before it was a criminal act, then it was 3, then one and now I believe it's one plant outdoors only. Hydro is criminal. And this week they have made selling bongs illegal. $50k fine and or up to 2 years jail. Great to see them go backwards:roll:

South Australia is funny, there are more Hydro Shops than MacDonalds. they are everywhere and its the only place in the world I have every regularly see people pull a sneaky cone at the traffic lights. hahahah

It's tolerated in amsterdam , not legal. You can smoke in the street but its frowned upon since not everyone smokes and children are around.I smoked a few j's at a themepark during one trip.

Well if you are in the red-light district it's more tolerated in public. Less kids I guess.

what I meant is that there is a pot cafe in Vancouver called The New Amsterdam Cafe. You can smoke dope in there as well as a few other places in Vancouver. Hell I remember a place called Da Kine on Commercial Drive, very populated street. And they had menue's of 5-10 different flavours of pot you could buy over the counter. Menu and all. I think the store was running for about a year and a half untill it was shut down and the cop's here didn't do anything. Then the media got hold of how liberal it was for you to just buy it with a menu no questions asked. Just off the street here's x dollars and take the weed, so they had to do something about it then. When the cops did their raid, they had somethin like 10lbs bagged up, 60k cash and a pile of budder(99.9%THC)...thats just what they got at the time of the raid lol.
