mason jars are shit

I've been wondering if all my weed curing in mason jars is actually as fresh as the popcorn buds i been putting into milo tins when i ran of glass mason jars.
then i realised that once i took the mason jar out of the cupboard for any length of time the buds were getting light from the windows by day and the lights at night.
so next time im curing a bunch of weed, i might save more milo tins and put the choice buds in there for a while.

dont get me wrong a mason jar full of weed is great, to look at, i just noticed more terps in the milo tins is all

I opened a jar of bud from last year because it was all brown and the others weren't I heard a noise like air coming out of the jar when I opened it not sure what's up with that.

mason jars are to easy to open and grab buds from, a milo tin need a kinf or spoon to ope th lid and its complete darkness in there, all you need to get right after that is the temp

It's not the jars fault you sat them in a place where light could effect your buds, bud. Simply store them in the dark, a drawer, a cabinet, closet etc.

it just doesnt make sense, thc degrades with light exposure, and we put it in clear jars, that dont always stay in dark draws

Tape some brown paper bags around the jars. Also i heard bagging buds shakes trichs off the nugs.

I've been using Grove Bags, but really only because jars take up too much space. Whatever you use, every time you open it your going to lose humidity. So have a satellite jar that you smoke out of to preserve the bulk.
