Mature Seeds vs Mature Thc

So what I am trying to say is, I have enough jars of sensimilla to last me a good long while. I got a line on some really good seeds : http://www.centennialseeds.com/2012/03/25/the-dakini-kush/ and http://www.centennialseeds.com/2013/08/06/rio-negro-colombian-sativa-seed/

I want to Pheno hunt, but before I do I am running some plants now and I am going to create some seeds. So my question do the same rules apply for seed maturity as does THC maturity, I know once a plant is pollinated it starts putting all it energy into creating seeds vs Thc, if its a 9 weeks strain will that apply for seeds also?

Seeds don't take as long to mature as buds do.

You pollinate the plant at around 3-4 weeks into flower after 5-6 weeks both the seeds and plant should be ready. Cut and dry as usual pop out seeds bud is still good. Just because it makes seeds doesnt mean it doesnr have thc

I know I have smoked plenty of Mexican brick.. full of seeds. Thanks for the heads up.
