Maybe need some help

Ok everyone so I might need some help here, as I'm getting discurraged from the grow space, continuous problems and spending literally 100s to find fixes for the big mess that's already started. Help in all cadigorys.

I understand if some of this topic is off the topics of where I'm posting but it all works itself into it one way or another.....

My house: under 200 SQ FT, no bedroom, no windows, ONLY glass sliding door & dryer vent.... which is on the other side of my house from the glass slide door..... my tent fits perfectly inside my closest, but it's hard to add ventilation to the back of the tent where I only got the TOPS & SIDES TO WORK WITH, with it in my closet I could maybe poke holes to vent from the closet to the dryer vent, but do I wanna be adding a addditional lines to my dryer????? I'm trying to avoid this so I use my sliding door, but my sliding door also creates a draft from being cracked open, allows hotter air in & BUGs!!!!! So space is ultimately very very limited. And I'm finding tiny ass bugs in my house but they don't look like gnats.

My tent: 2Ft x 4Ft x 5 ft high.

My inline fan: 4" inline 240CMF, Carb filter.... it is creating a small negative pressure in the tent with 1 side flap open but is it pulling enough air to keep the room cool? I need to keep my AC on, coldest tempature, blankets covering the top and guiding all that cold air to the open flap, it only keeps the tent between 24-28 degrees. Do I upgrade to a 400CMF and my problems will be ultimately solved?

CO2: Not getting into, I got the sugar and yeast method with multiple 2 Litres bottles, I heard it works a tiny bit for what It is.

Lights: COB led 200 watt chips X5 which they claim to be 1000watts but only pulls about 50watts actual per chip.(blurple light, I could return these if I can get better recommendations (I know quantum boards are what I want, or will a 600w MH/HPS be ultimately better for the money spent on lights? I spent 380$ on these 2 LED panels and I could return them if I get better results from Mh or something better. As well I got 230-300 watts CFL I can add as well.... or return the blurple lights, and take the 380$ and add to the CFL mass as I get okay results for what they do..... the LED produces a ton of heat under the light, but the fixture itself isn't hot..... so the heat coming from under the LED.

And to get rid of the bug problem if it is something that is because they are living in the dirt and I gotta replace the soil, will it be easier to go to hydro and ultimately the last problem keeping the Rez temp down to prevent brown fungus and other root rot, or will hydroguard protect the plants fully, and problems solved?

Heat is my biggest issue, and getting that heat moved from my tent to the outside, or having my AC keep the inside house /room cooled to 18 degrees so the tent has some nice cool air to pull in.

Sorry this is Long and maybe confusing.
I split it in sections to maybe help my sitsuation out. If pictures are requested I'll post some down in my reply
