Meaning of Dreams

Dreams, we all have them. There is 2 in particular I wanna talk about then you guys can post yours!!

What do reoccurring dreams signify? What about dreams you had one time many years ago maybe even as a child but still vividly remember them?

Teeth Dream
Ive heard of many others having this same dream. It has no particular location and ends the same every time, my teeth fall out! It starts with a feeling of something in my mouth then i spit to realize my teeth are falling and i put my hand in my mouth and start taking them all out. I start to get scared wondering how my life is going to be toothless until i wake from the dream.

Sky Dreams
Usually taking place at my childhood home which i wish i can return to, this dream is about strange things in the sky. Ive had these dreams MANY times but each was diverse from the others.
On one occasion me and rapper "50 Cent" (yeah i know weird) were in my backyard starring up at ufo like phenomenon with lights and such.
Another time I was at some type of lighthouse location witnessing holographic looking dragon things surrounded by colorful auras fighting as if in a war of the worlds, their attacks sounded like fireworks.
A third time Im in my old house but there is no roof. This dream was one of those that i wish i could revisit, even after i woke up i was amazed by the vivid images presented to me. Their was sea creatures in the sky! They swam in the clouds, among them where giant snakes HUGE whales and strange creatures. The most amazing part was when the whale swam overhead and i looked up in awe. It felt so real.
In one dream I attempted to save the world from meteors. The sky was dark with shades of orange and red and meteors the size of cars were crashing down on earth and i was kicking them back up, yep kicking them.

I have lots more if anyone wants to hear them and id love to hear yours.
any interpretations of my dreams?

One more thing I had these dreams before i smoked weed or during a time where i had no erb for a good while, and during this time that im smoking quite a bit I fail to remember any good dreams, why is that?

Lately I've been trying to lucid dream, I asked myself in my dream "Im I dreaming?" and I didnt clue in that I was dreaming lol I've had a few prophetic dreams, my friend woke me up from a prophetic dream that was about him, I dreamt that he came over to my house then he asked me for some smokes, sure enough the same guy knocked on my window asking for some smokes lol I've also had this one AMAZING prophetic dream with so much mystery and symbolism, I will not share what the dream was because people will look at me funny (not that they dont already xD) the event my dream predicted has yet to happen but it will.
And man I ENVY the dreams you have, except for the teeth one, that would fuckn freak me out lol I couldnt tell you what that means, floss more often maybe? And I really wish I had epic dreams like yours, Im sure I do sometimes but I cant remember a bit, though recently I did have a vivid dream that I was a super sayan lol only remember 5 seconds of that dream but it was a very clear 5 seconds.
I'd like to think that dreams are messages from your spirit, like making your weaknesses and insecurities apparent in symbolism so that you know what you have to work on. Or perhaps your spirit is telling you that your made for much better things with your heroic dreams, maybe you have yet to find your calling, which isnt saying much because a lot of people dont know what the fuck to do with their lives. Maybe you'll be playing a key role in a future event. (LIKE DEC 21st!! lol jk)

We dream to practice things over in our minds so we are better prepared when they really do happen..........

Yep, they are definitely stronger when I stop smoking for a while. I've also had the teeth falling out one a few times in the last few years, so realistic and you're SO glad when you wake up!

I dont want to sound crazy but ive always felt like Some one somewhere wants me to do something special, ive always been the type to not be in any group unless i am leader not because i think im better than people but because it feels like its my job, I feel that i am the most aware and should assume position of leader in times of need whether i want to or not. Im always head honcho in my dreams maybe they encourage me to do these things also my numerology describes me as a born leader.
I hope my dreams dont come true! Super sayan dreams would be awesome though! Ever since i can remember i was usually conscience of me having a dream for example when i was small I had a dream i was in my 1st grade class and everyone was on the floor rolling as if the earth was tilting back in fourth and i was telling myself that i need to wake up because im getting dizzy and i kept shouting "I hate this dream!"

I recently began reading about lucid dreaming, astral body travel and OBE's but ive been too high to put any of the methods to work lol

I wonder why that is? Maybe the cannabis calms your mind to were its too relaxed to dream?

I have this dream over and over. Again last night. Funny thing, a good friend just said he has the same thing, not every night, but re-occuring.
Anyone else?

It's not any particular details except I'm late for a must get there, plane flight. Or something else, like moving to an upgraded
hotel room, but with a time limit. In fact the situation is endlessly varied.

What the same is; I've lost things, my arms are full of stuff that I didn't have time to pack or hold properly and it's impossible to
to get there in time, always on foot. Always people around, maddeningly neutral. Always lost, like a loop. Always with the sense
I will make it, somehow. Strange. I've talked with Eye E, about a technique to look for things in the dream. It can lead to lucid directed dreaming, it's said in Ekankar. This dream is very vivid, but my hands are overloaded with stuff. Strange

I will never forget the first time i became completely lucid 7 years ago. Nowadays i spend my time flying every time i get the chance, theres really nothing like it. Skydiving in this reality really helped me while flying in my dream reality, it gave me the aspect that if i want to feel that feeling you get when your on a roller coaster, you need to accellerate yourself downwards... you cant feel it if you are just falling. but thats just me.

Ive been working on this thing for about 3 years, and still havent been able to get it. I call it 360 vision, where you can see in all directions at once, but every time i try my concentration wavers and i end up with eyes that operate like a chameleon.

I only had one lucid dream ever, I just kept thinking that I wanted to lucid dream and I did. But when I found out that it was a lucid dream I got freaked out because I thought my sub conscious was going to make it a nightmare so I woke up. But I did learn a lot about myself in that short dream. I've been interested in astral projection too but never put any effort into trying it, meditation helps you achieve astral projection and lucid dreaming, so I've been told. My very spiritual friend says your body can get taken over by a demon if your not careful, those words are not comforting at all lol.
I honestly think people with dreams like those are destined for something huge. Joe Rogan has dreams where hes riding dragons while reading off ancient scrolls and as he reads the words turn to smoke so no one else can read them. I never have dreams like but I always felt I was meant for a higher purpose. I always had a theatrical imagination and I would imagine myself in heroic scenarios a lot. Not that I was always a leader, I just thought "this cant be it, this is life? to eat, sleep and fart is the meaning of my existence?" , I didnt want to accept that. So after almost giving up hope on that higher purpose thing I found the path to my higher purpose. I met this guy with amazing spiritual gifts, I thought he was fucking nuts when he said he was a creation of Archangel Michael but I believed him when he first demonstrated his abilities on me. He can read minds and completely enter minds (theres a BIG difference) and much more. I communicate with him through thought often, I cant hear what hes thinking though =( . I really hate that when ever hes included in my thought process he reads that thought, he cant help it. Some of the things he tells me are SO crazy and outrageous that you think they cant possibly be true, but then I remember he read my mind multiple times and then completely entered my mind so anything is possible I guess.
If you really think your meant for something great than I suggest you seek those with the same mindset as you. I found that destiny does exist to a certain extent, but overall we are in control of our lives. But I know I was destined to find my spiritually gifted friend, and he has three other spiritually gifted friends, I dont know whats so special about me but he now accepts me in that special circle of friends. If the world is really going to end in our lifetime then I have absolutely no worries, I feel like I will guide people to the light when that chaotic time comes (Yes, I acknowledge how fucking crazy I must sound lol). What Im saying is seek for like minded people that are around you, perhaps theres a special circle of friends that you were destined to join. I'll end my crazy rant right there lol

Yeah, I haven't had a good old fashion self directed flying dream in a long time. So, the 360 degree view. Yes, but isn't it more the power of relaxing than concentrating?

No fuckin way bro, it's compete concentration, takes determination. It took me about 3 weeks to learn how to fly the way that i wanted to, it took me a month to learn how to fly through solid objects, it took me 6 months to learn how to teleport, took me 9 months to learn how to materialize objects out of nothing. Shit is really hard, sometimes agrivating when things dont happen the way you expect them to, its like, you know its a dream... you would figure you would have complete and utter control over everything, but unfortunately its not like that... just try changing light levels, it doesnt work.

One good way to figure out if you are in a dream, (Take note: the more you do this in this reality, the more you will attempt to do it in your dream reality) is whenever you walk by a light switch, try turning it off and on, if it doesnt do anything... your probably in a dream, then WAMUTHAFUCKINBAAAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! LUCIDITY!

I think its really funny lol, like, say im in a dream... and they always just happen, like your going to sleep then BAM! your doing whatever it is that your doing. Say im talking to someone, and while were having the conversation something clicks in my mind, and i become aware that i am in a dream... yet my dream has not become aware, that i am aware i am in a dream. So my dream images that i am talking to keep talking to me, but as soon as i say something like "um dude, i know im in a dream right now sooooo..." They stop talking, stop moving, everyone stops talking... and just looks at me.

Its really funny to me, because i think what that is... is that the part of my brain that doesnt want me to realize i am dreaming is like... "Fuck... he knows..."

Heheheheee!

Very cool... I'll try more concentration. What I'd really like to do in my dream is drop every thing and yell fuck it, I'm not going anywhere. That's the ticket.

Yeah the folks in the backgound, very funny, "does he know? I don't think he does. Sure he does, just look at him. Nah." Cracks me up. :) I like the light switch check. I try to find my hands first. Then light switches, check.

Ive done this too many times to count, and this for me is why it is so frustrating and difficult. Say you are lucid in your dream, and you are concentrating on whatever... if you concentrate too hard, or get too exited... guess what happens?

...you wake up.

and then you yell... "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!"

About two years into my lucid dreaming, for a few months i trained so hard, that litterally... i could be in a lucid dream, sense that i had to take a piss, pause my dream and wake up, take a piss, get a drink, go back to the couch and fall asleep... and i would resume my dream EXACTLY where i left off at. But i havent been able to do that in a super long fuckin time. It's like the older i get... the harder it is to remember my dreams, let alone resume one...

A dream not remembered, is a dream that ceases to exist...

"It seems to me like we're all just day dreaming through our waking state and sleep walking through our dream state... either way, you're not gonna get much out of it."

Or the ones where you are in layers of dreaming you're dreaming and dreaming you are awake. All so real. I've been glad to be awake, only to find...nope.

As a matter of fact, i have never actually had the experience of a dream within a dream, or waking up from a dream only to realize that im still in a dream that i must wake up from.

Unless...right now... im still in a dream, but for some reason... i cant realize im dreaming, nor can i wake up.

(What was that experience like?)

Note: Ive never experienced a wet dream before either, even though ive climaxed in my dreams... i wanna have one damnit! Ill just make my girlfriend clean that shit up! HAHAHA!

Well, I often find money. Funny I can remember many of these layers. And it always seems like its much more money than it is. I'm freaking out over quarters, loose change, but lot's of it. Then I "wake up" wahhh....no money. Wait, here's some. It's lucid, I realize I'm dreaming again. I "wake up" wahhh...ah, more money dream.

Like that. Weird.

Hmmmm... to me, true lucidity gets rid of the trickery of the mind, the worries and anxieties felt. When becoming lucid, all my problems, worries and fears dissipate because i now realize i am in a dream. It is VERY possible to realize you are in a dream, and not be able to become fully lucid do to the strenuous nature of the dream.

Does this sort of thing happen often? Is it just with money, or with other things?
