have read the problem guides still I am stumped.Plants are doing fine through veg and 2 weeks into 12/12.after 2 weeks of 12/12 leaves look like they have measeles little brown spots leaves are covered in these spots starts with old leaves first and spreads rapidly til yellowing and eventually killing the plant. I believe this is a magnesium deficiency have tried epson salts to no prevail. Now im going to ask a stupid question so be patient ( I have done 6 grows all excellent results and never tested my PH levels in my soil)am doing the same regiment with different strain(NLf2)and is it possible that my ph levels are out of wack and causing a nute lockout?water intake has slowed after 2nd week of 12/12.My feeding schedule if this helps (Miracle grow 18-18-21 1/3strength Floralicious Bloom 1 ts per gallon)I feed 1nce a week and water halfway through the week using 400 w HPS 3 gall pots Thanks in advance all for the help Temps 75 -81 45%RH

look on the underside of your leaves are the any tiny bugs there i mean these are tiny i forgot the name of them now i will do a search but the only other things that come to mind is are you running a ozone generator this can cause brown spots on leaves or could be calcium deff which if its this go down to your local pharmacy an buy some epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) if there is tiny bugs get some dish soap an spray underneath your leaves only things i can think of the only other one is phosphorus deff but i think there purple/grey spots my 2 pennys

I've had this problem it looks like magnesium def but if epsoms didn't help its probably a manganeese def. Looks the same and epsoms will make it worse because excess magnesium locks out the manganeese.

Quick update on this thanks on help folks Hopefully this helps someone after reading for three days on this problem ive learned a little about it (a lot of us goes through this and boy is it a puzzler)I considered myself an experienced grower ,and that is the case as long as things are going well the minute there is a deficiency im screwed. My ph was between 4.7 and 5.3 (different pots)this was causing a nute lockout (still not sure which one either Ma or Mg )I run 2 gal of water to 1gal soil (flush)did not take all nutes out water still cloudy but the water i flushed with was 6.ph This atleast brought my ph levels up to save the grow I started folior feeding imediately to try to save leaves (1/4 strength normal mix)I added 1 ts dolomite lime pellets to soil (in top two inches) This was two days ago other than knowing that im going to lose a lot of fan leaves (this deficiency destroyed 70%)now tops are turning nice green again and entire plants look happy again(today ph up will be in and I will go back to my normal feeding schedule)to sum this all up (for five years ive never tested PH levels) all this started due to low PH (atleast that is what my minimal experience is telling me)

Only thing about the lime is that the pelletized stuff takes a long time to
do anything. It works better if you crush it a little first.

this is pelletized but it dissolves instantly in water it is organic something???? 5 lb bag $3.79 at home depot(the pellets are rock hard til they recieve moisture instantly turn to mush bag says for quick application)
