Measuring mL?

How do you measure 1 mL? Most of the nutrient shot glasses I've seen only go as low as 5 mL. Do you just guess?

1 ml = 0.202884136 US teaspoons - which is close to 1/4 teaspoon


or 1/5 of the 5 ml shot glass (20% of 5 ml).

get yourself a dosing syringle from walgreens or something. syringes have 1 millimeter measurements

I use the little plastic syringes that comes with baby Tylenol, it measures everything from 0-5ml.
