The most important news for the month of August was the fact that President Bush has quietly sent the largest armada into the Persian Gulf since the Iraq war began in 2003, when there were six carrier groups. This is a huge number of ships to be concentrated in one location in peacetime.


Gee ... I wonder why corporate media isn't covering this?:roll:

Keep it up girl. You may have more influence than you think. I am really amused by how the repukes came to the aid of Palin so fast, big big news,~LOL. Can hardly wait for that "independent" Vi to step in and tell us how she walks on water.

Oh the people don't care- those scary brown Iranians are a nuclear threat to us..:roll: I'm sure if shyt starting heating up there, our media would say 'they attacked us out of the blue- because they hate our freedoms.'


Threatening Russia repeatedly and placing a missile sheild 144 miles from their border could very well be poking the bear into the start of WWIII... but the American people could care less, buying into the lie that Russia attacked poor little Georgia out of no where.. god this shyt sickens me..

Me too. That is what ends up as news in a "free market" society. A society that is owned by the rich and powerful, especially of late, the media. War is worth money to the owners of the society. I doubt they think this will end in nuclear holocaust, either that or it is the christian whackos in charge, armegheddon and all that. I'm pretty sure the big boys have their islands stocked up with food and necessities even if it comes down to BOOM. Hey VI, you got your Island stocked up, ~LOL~, I'll Be gone fast, Vegas stocks 90% of the nuclear weapons, One big hole from the California border to Ely, Talk about the great basin. I'll be blowin in the wind.
