Medical marijuana skin cream?

im not talking about that bullshit hemp seed oil stuff.. im talking about the skin cream with thc in it. i hear it cures anything from wounds to skin allergys and stops inflammation.

i was thinking of making some to cure my acne.. i have alot of acne scars mostly and its pretty bad. if this stuff can cure skin cancer in days im sure it can help get rid of my scars alot faster right?

and if anyone has any links to send me on how to make hemp oil skin cream (with thc) please do.
