Medical Strains for Indoor Grow

My indoor garden room is finally done. I was only planning to grow veggies this year as a trial run before possibly doing some cannabis next winter, but watching the plants grow has me itching to start a good medical strain right now. It's been quite a few years since my last grow, so I want a strain that's pretty forgiving indoors (like Northern Lights). Plants need to be less than 4 feet tall and Indica-dominant. Looking for something to relieve pain from arthritis, tendonitis, and general inflammation. Stress reduction would be a nice bonus, too. Any recommendations from medical growers would be greatly appreciated, and if anyone has tried Northern Berry, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I have had some good success with PURPLE URKLE and kept her to like 2.5f but trained outwards beautifully. Can do the same with BLUE CHEESE and DO-SI-DOS are both body numbing/sleepy. Little more Sativa to Indica, but I would also try growing some WHITE WIDOW as well. I found these great too use before/after my wrist surgery and for a partially torn achilles

You looking for clones or seeds?
Seeds would be ideal. I have to wait for medical approval in WA State before I can plant them, so timing with clones might be problematic.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I'll take a closer look at the strains mentioned. I don't know exactly how much plant height will be an issue. This is my first time growing under CMH, and plants display something I've never seen before. They grow vertical up to about 30 inches from the bulb and then go horizontal. It's like they refuse to get any closer, even under 3000k light temperature on a 12-hour cycle. Of course, I've only seen how tomatoes and peppers behave, and anyone who's grown weed before knows that cannabis gives a whole new meaning to the word "stretch" when plants switch to flower.
