Metal Halide Bulb Turning Brown?!?! WTF.

OMG what have you been feeding it LOLHere is my 400W MH bulb. I noticed this a few weeks ago, and it seems to me the light output is a bit decreased. I have a HPS in there right now for temporary till I get this sorted out, is that okay?
Oh and the bulb's life is just over a month.
