I am new to the whole MH for veg, HPS for Budding. I gave in and bought both, but what I need to know is at what height I should keep my 600 watt MH. I originally had it at about 12 inches and tried to run the ballast at 100%, two of my Buddha autos (week old) reacted badly. since then I have raised the light and kept the ballast at 50%....they have perked up and regained health. now I have 3 autos and two Afghans, but im wondering if having the 600 watt at 50% is making it grow slower and if I can raise it to a certain height to keep the ballast at 100? someone help
