MH light & Veggies

I have noticed that Tomatoes THRIVE under MH light indoors...at least with no fruit they do...

but things like my onions, shallots, chard, lettuce, do not seem to be liking my environment indoors. If anyone knows tips on these or other veggies send em my way.

I also couldn't get my spinach or pole beans to germinate in rockwool.

If you want your tomatoes to fruit, you usually have to hand pollinate them.

Have you tried them under a HPS bulb?

I need to do this again. I am going to avoid rockwool for germination and seedling development, at least until I master each strain of veggetable. I think many of the seedlings were over-crowded, overwatered, and had dying off. The onions and shallots and a few chard and lettuce seem alright....everything else kinda died off after I tried transplanting outside ( transplant a sick plant...dumb idea )
