MH vs HPS yields

This is my first grow. I have MH light set up and am wondering if getting an HPS setup is worth my time. I know that HPS is supposed to have more blue spectrum, but from the diagrams I've seen MH and HPS have almost the exact same spectrum. Has anyone tried flowering with MH lights and if so what where the yield differences between using MH and HPS for flowering stages?

yes the HPS is worth the time. The MH lamp is best suited for the veg cycle of plants. HPS is great for flowering.

SideNote: You can use both MH and HPS during flower, some say it boosts trichome growth.
