Micro-Nutrient help

I have never used stand alone foliar micro nutes--just what ever is in FFOF soil and FF Big Bloom/Tiger Bloom. Im on my 6-7th grows right now and would like to incorporate foliar feeding into the girls I have going now (2wks into veg) I have spray and grow brand micronutrients (.10% Iron .05% zinc). When should I add this? I know it says FOLIAR, but is this something I can incorporate into conventional watering?

I noticed a big improvement to plant health once I started to add micro. I'm in FFOF with Earth Juice lineup using Microblast and I just add it to my watering.

Are your micro nutes supposed to be administered foliarly? I'm just wanting to know if I can use micro nutes meant to be foliar-fed, in regular watering schedule?

Microblast can be used that way but mostly used in a schedule mixed with nutes.
