Mids/ Schwag? Bagseed grow Indiana

2nd to last is Blueberry Kush Auto and last pic is Blue Mystic Auto. They were both transplanted from solo cups so they didn't reach their full potential.
The bigger plant in the first pic, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th are same strain. Plant in 2nd pic smells like Hindu Kush, 3rd smells like skunk, first plant has a more fruity smell with some skunk in there, it doesn't smell as strong though because of the sever pH issues I had earlier on

Yeah Ive definitely had a lot of problems this grow. PH issues and nutrient issues too. I'm going to buy good soil probably fox farms ocean forest for my next grow, but I'm definitely not going to use shitty soil again.
I don't use fox farms soil on my outdoors. I buy Pro=Mix ultimate organic from Menards for $6 a bag, shops around here charge $ 22 for the OF. A handful of lime, handful of worm casting and a little extra perlite in the mix and I'm good till mid flower.

Would that be good for indoor also?

Well here's a quick update since I haven't updated in so long, I basically have all of my plants on track now but one which I just flushed. I had many problems this grow which have now mostly been fixed.
A. I didn't have enough holes in the 10 gallon tub and the 5 gallon so I drilled a bunch for oxygen and drainage.
B. I was underfeeding them chronically.
C. I recently recalibrated my pH meter and it was a whopping .4 off! I don't think I calibrated it correctly when it came in the mail. The pH meter read .4 lower so when I thought I was putting in nuted water at 6.6 and plain water at 7.1 (both phs would have balanced out around 6.8-6.9)I was actually giving 7.0 and 7.5! Also I had a bunch of salt buildup I think.
And D. The vipar spectra light was too close, my plants really don't like that light closer than about 24-30 inches( haven't measured yet) but I moved it up and they perked up over night.

Well I have actual spider mites and I looked with my Jeweler loupe and they are definitely the ones with two spots on their back, which I read are the hardest to get rid. My plants are also day 6 into 12/12 also, would it be okay to spray neem oil till like week 3 of flower? I really don't want a funky taste though so I might get a few pyrethrum bombs.
