Milky to Amber during the curing process?

As the title says... I'm sure it's been asked many times before but from what I've searched, no1 has given an actual answer I'm looking for!

I'm at the stage where most trichs are milky/clear... About 70-80% milky but with the British weather being so up and down and me going away for a week on Monday, am concerned it may rain alot and mold getting hold of my hardwork.

What I want to know is will the trichs change colour during the curing process? Will they go from milky to Amber during this jarring time?! Not talking about hairs, just trichs.. I would like to leave them for another week-2 weeks but like I say, the weather is always changing and not sure I want to risk it.

Thanks guys.

No they won't.
Since the plant will be cut down and broken into buds / calyxes, thereby 'killing' the plant and making sure it won't grow / bloom anymore.
If your plant(s) are @ 70%-80% milky you want to let them bloom for another 2 weeks or so :) Just keep an eye out for amber trichs.

not what you said last week. i just removed the quote from my sig, i can put it back if you'd like. ;)

please don't yell at me, i'm just playin'. :)
lol that was just about the hairs changing colors and possibly some subtle things happenign on a bio-chemical level that we don't know about... but yeah I didn't mean it to be taken like slow dry = help finish your bud... just slow dry = maybe some processes happen slower, maybe more productive, dunno.

you all harvested down there?
