Minisplit not cooling in cold climate?

I have an aircon inverter minisplit.

Once it gets below 10 degrees or so the minisplit will not work well. I understand they make low ambient kits that help solve this. Although all the ones I can find online say that they will not work with inverter minisplits.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mitsubishi makes a commercial series of mini splits that work well below zero. I'm thinking puy is the prefix of the models.

I'm sure there are others, commercial designed for server, equipment rooms. Think commercial money as well, around 6000 for a smaller split.

Anyways AFIK, your not going to get your split to work that cold.

depends how big your room is but try the "Fan feature" on unit instead of "cool"? Air flow should be cool as long as it's cold out....
