miracle grow moister control?

miracle grow moister control? NO nutes just water. will it do. There is no fox farm for over 100 miles from where I live. I'm looking for the best soil I can get with just straight water. either lowes or walmart. Please help. Ocean forest online is over $40 for 1.5 cubic ft. no thank you. 15 plants 3 gallon pots. very short veg straight into flower. any thoughts.

It'll do, I've used it on legit grows and even ones from a pound or dollar store are good enough

What ever is in your price range... buy it... or better... buy two or three brands...
Mix um together...
Add Perilite, and vermiculite, [12.5% each]...
Add a little Bone Meal... Blood Meal... Garden Tone...
Then just water away...
