ive used MG for the last 3 grows i got slack.... anyhoo i have used heaps of nutes,steroids and played with hormones, and i gotta say if you do it right mg's results can be just as good"
i use POWERFEED concentrat as well ma plants love it...

and throw in a MG every once and a while, remember less is more if the plant looks like it needs it you can add... but find out about nute too lat your fucked...
mg when used correctly is an easy way to god buds when doe properly... that being said its not rocket science

the eight stands for nitrogen
its hightest

needed mainly during veg to promote fast growth,

7 stands for phosphorous
needed during all stages

6 stands for potassium
needed mainly during flower

as you can see theyre all close together meaning your not overloading with one then having to cease that treatment to give it another fert with highter potassium.. you can just use it all year round..

thats y i add
a little nitrogen to the mix during veg if your plant and soil allow for it

and give it a little potassium for flower,

oh yeah i use the MG ferts i gotta mix maself same but different..

Obviously this is a very old thread but I wanted to ask anyone that might know I have a couple plants in veg stage I have been using the reg MG 8-7-6 liquid plant food, but I was recently looking at some fox farms grow big and comparing the two. Since I'm in veg i was looking at the nitrogen in MG it has a total of 8% with 1.2% ammoniacal nitrogen, 1.2% nitrate nitrogen, and 5.6% Urea nitrogen. Where as the fox farms grow big has only .15% ammoniacal and 2.85% nitrate nitrogen, as well as other things such as boron, zinc and so on. Anyways I'm rambling, but my question is that since its in veg stage should i just go with the one with higher nitrogen content, or is Urea Nitrogen less beneficial for the plant than the nitrate nitrogen which has a higher concentration in the FF grow big plant food?

This may be a little late. You want to limit how much ammonia based nitrogen you use. Urea based nitrogen is great, but has to first be broken down by the bios in your soil. Take into consideration for the next planned feeding if there is a high concentration of urea as well as alot of organic manure in your soil. I am pretty sure the nitrites/nitrates are immediately available for plant absorption.
