So everyone rags on miracle grow - good to know. From what I gather its the lack of care (ie/ you need to add more perlite than whats currently been added) and the fact that it has time released fert making it very easy to over kill.
My question is, I am using the Miracle-Gro® Seed Starting Potting Mix http://www.miraclegro.ca/productdetails/Default.aspx?id=6
which has lots of perlite (very airid, for max transpiration), some MG food whatever that is and 0.1 phosphate ( no time released ferts). althought i am thinking of adding some blood meal to the soil for the N. Should this be okay before i transplant these girls (after 2 weeks) into my own soil mixture of potting soil, worm castings, peat, perlite, and some fert?
