Miracle Grow

If you think MG is excellent,a shitty commercial chemical fertilizer, then try and switch to something more organic and natural. The taste difference alone in the buds will blow your mind.

MG is not for MJ. PERIOD.

Any experienced grower who has tried MG and then moved on to better things will tell you the same thing...

im saying that new folks who havnt looked into growing or appriciated what they have read pop off to the shops looking for plant food, they come across miracle no ( not a typo ) and think that will do , they then mix up a bunch and start feeding there plants , a week later they start a thread off saying my plants turning brown whats happeneing please help , theyhave read off the side of the box and are now feeding there plants at 3300 ppm without knowning

and so

if you get along with this stuff then great and good luck to you , for the rest of the world though its better to avoid unless they are confident in there plant growing experience and abilities

it truelly makes me sad to see so many burnt grows thanks to this stuff posted online for the last 10 years
i understand now but growing and knowing is the only way to see the results for growers that are confident/experienced and willing to explore the experience and knowledge of plant foods and administration.

bullshit mate MG for vegg and organic nutes for flowering.
and after MG vegg and using organic nutes for 8 weeks flowering you get the best smoke.
and experienced growers do use miracle grow check my profile and you will see who is who and you dont use MG when there are buds so how can it affect the taste like i said MG for vegg and organic for flowering.

thanks people. what little as to the 'why' I knew was that it made the bud taste a bit iffy. Obviusly this is circumvented by not using it for the flowering process. This is what I had in mind, the onyl reason I'm using it becuase it has been under my sink for 6 months collecting dust lol Thought it was at least worth a go before I went out experementing with nutes.

I did originally use organic soil but the ammount of creepy crawleys in it was shocking. So for this grow organis is OFF the cards. Maybe next time when I actually have a better idea :)

I can relate to the 'more is better' idea, so is it merely people cracking in mega loads of the mix into thier water where this badness comes from? I watched my bro pile it into a watering can for his own garden plants, but the mixture I have is 1.25g per litre. When mixing it it makes you unsure if it will have any nutes in at all!

Is it a bad idea to stop nutes all together when I start flowering?

no dont drop the nutes when you start flowering go with miracle grow when the plant is vegging and use the right bloom/flowering nutes when the plant is flowering (no stoppage in nutes in between stages).
good luck.

you can burn plants with organic nutes. want proof? look at my journal.
well i know it's possible to burn with organics, but the chances are far less likely. There is also less chance of salt buildup, ph lockout, bacteria growth, and all that bad stuff.
