Misting Mature Plants

Lately we have been getting a bit of heat and I have noticed it taking a bit of a toll on some of the plants.

I know that misting the leaves of clones helps. I was wondering if misting the leaves of adult plants would help them especially in the heat.

Your better off with a fan directly blowing on them. With misting you can create hot spots like a magnifying glass

misting them is fine just dont do it while the lights are on. these a type of tea u can foilar feed with the name escapes me but if u mist them with that rite after lights it will help
