Mite Eggs Everywhere. But NO Adults?

Hi all. I have been searching for some more info about this problem but didn't find anything so please let me know what you think.

Background: I have had problems with two spotted mites before. Massive infestation a year ago, my first ever, and ended up solving the problem with no pest strips after much grief.

I recently brought home some clones with mite problems and was not worried since there is no flowering at the time, I just put a couple of strips in the room.

Small room BTW, 3x7x7. I shut the carbon filter fan off for a couple days and am only running it now during the light on part of the flowering cycle.

Well after no signs of mites, I noticed a little spotting (very minor) and was amazed to see eggs EVERYWHERE on my flowering plants. From top to bottom, the underside of every leaf is covered in eggs. But NO adults. I just looked for over an hour with a hand microscope and nothing but eggs. I have neem and pyrethrin sprays left over from last time but it seems pointless to spray them on eggs.

So what are your thoughts on dealing with this? I am in my third week of flowering and was getting ready to pull the no pest strips and run the filter system full time to kill odors that are building up.
