im for real dead ass, the arab side of my family is all christian arabs though, my grandmother is palestinian and my grandpa is from rummullah if thats how u spell it, but i aint bullshittin, u can be arab and not hate bushes guts!!!!!!!

Kief + pressure and heat = hash

Gets better with age

Kief mixed with plant material and made into hash = crap.



Don't wreck your hash by mixing it with anything. Mix it years from now when it's time to smoke.

So the book is by D. Gold in case anyone was wondering. This is mostly about extracting the resin off the cannabis plant. Mostly in ISO. Way before the method of bubble hash was widly known.

Ok here we go

"Hashish may be prepared from the extracted cannabis oil by mixing it with finely powdered marijana. The oil may be in any stage of refinement... In order for the hashish to be the proper consistansy, a minumum of 15% oil must be used. This gives a product with the same consistancy as powdery moroccan or lebanese hashish. 50%-60% oil is the maxium amount of oil that can be used to give a product with hashish consistancy.This product will be very strong and resemble in appearance and consistancy the sticky, plyable CHARAS of Nepal and India..."

Wasn't to happy with the isolator hash from my previous harvest, so CHARAS definitely sounds good.

But what's an easy way to extract oil???

Well the easiest is probably bubble hash.

i don't recomend ISO. Done and don't like it. I would do a butane extraction as a 2nd choice to bubble.

By the way the book is from 1979

made some bubble hash with 2 different filter size isolator bag and didn't like it much. Too powdery for my taste.

I'll try doing alcohol extraction with the bubble bags next time, then heat the oil together with the kief until it gets all sticky.

You don't do an ISO extraction with bags. Trust me if it's an oil you want then go with butane. Bubble hash is made by mixing weed with ice and water then sifted threw different size filter bags. I have a mini washer machine for bubble. O load up the washer bag with ice and pot then fill the machine with ice and water to a certain point and wash the weed. Then drain the liquid threw the bags.

What I did last time was dry out all the trim and popcorn buds for a few days, then let them saturate in ice-water for a while, then use a food mixer and mix for about 15 mins, then drain through the bags.

The hash produced was more of a dry, powdery lebanese hash rather than the oily afghan stuff we used to score back in Riyad... that's what I'm looking for. Perhaps I need different filter size bags?

It's in the mixing. Not to aggressive. You also don't want powdery material or you will end up with to many contaminates and your hash will be green. My best material comes from the 75 micron bag.

OK I think I know where i went wrong now.

Now that I remember what I did with the trim was I let it dry out, then put it in the freezer the night before I made the "hash" to make the trichomes break off more easily.

Like an idiot i didn't even hand-roll it I just placed whatever was left in the 72 micron bag on a piece of cardboard and let it dry overnight; as seen in the Jorge Cervantes video.
