So I've just recently (yes I live under a rock) heard of MMJ 215 and if anyone could please explain it in english and please no made up facts or rumors on what it is and what its all about that'd be great

Yes of course google and wikipedia I've never heard of them...

I asked for it to be in english because its all law terms and they made it really confusing so I asked if a fellow RIU person could explain it in terms I can understand
