i like that cheap alaska fish emulsion..but it smells awful and i had animal problems after each use..skunks or fox i believe...did you have any animals digging up plants or messing around with the fish emulsion?

Oh my that sounds like a tasty strain!! I wouldnt mind try that strain, it made me drool lol!
To my understanding colliadal silver doesn't stress them at all and the plants dont carry that gen if you use it. Unless there is some other insite to say otherwise, i'm all ears well eyes ha

yeah that Fish emulsion is some stinky stuff

i never had problems with critters digging my plants up, i had expected it to happen but it never did

as for the off season im just counting down the days till next spring! i cant fucking wait!

next year im thinking about driving a shallow well with a well point and 2" galvanized pipe, i have to haul my water for a lonnnnnngggggg ways and it gets tiring. i also plan on growing a few more next year so my water needs will increase.

im hoping the water table in my area isnt to low and hopefully i can find a spot without a bunch of rocks

pounding a shallow well is a pretty basic operation, and it should make next years grow much easier and more discreet since i wont need to haul in buckets of water

has anyone had any experience and or success with driving a shallow well with a well point?

What's up everyone. It seems most of you do the outdoor thing. I'm doing my first grow in a 3x3x6 cab I built. I'm in st. Paul by the way. Just wanted to meet some other mn growers! Journal link in my Sig. Peace and happy growing!

I'm doin a Blue thunder x blueberry cross and a blue thunder x madness cross so I can large scale back cross next year to get the right pheno's. Also doin an LSD x Guirillas gusto, double skunk cross. Doin some Big Bad John auto crosses with 6 different ufo auto's. Doin an early pearl with some other fruity sativas and mexi-sativa with durb and some other spicey steves. Only two female and sexed plots. 7 total. All early strains. I guess people just don't realise how the best bud is grown organic outdoors. My sister grows the weakest hydro clones I've ever smoked. I vowed to bestow her one cutting from each of my females this year, when we test smoke em she'll know which ones to keep. I guess it all depends on germ rates which are usually shit, thats why I breed. And whoever was talking about the colloidal silver, it's silver nitrate you want. Been sprayin a blue thunder in my closet with colloidal and aint seen shit, empty pods and hairs. Ive also got about five hundred Sensi seeds outdoor mix seeds if anyone want's to trade, deffinitely interested in that blueberry kush. Another thing about that fish emulsion, your just askin for predators. I once had a bear rip my backpack apart that was hanging in my deerstand just to get an unopened bottle of cooking oil. Always piss around your plants and on em durring veg since piss is straight nitrogen. A little trick I learned is to top off your holes with black dirt so the pests don't get curious and digem up. To anybody that want's to put em out early, don't. It will be the only green thing standing and turn into some deers afternoon salad. They seem to take off quicker when you startem late anyways. Unless you have alot of seeds like most of us outdoorsman, play it safe and wait till mid may altho I usually get away with planting april 15 but I'm not just betting the farm on a tiny handfull of 20 dollar seeds either.

Yeah them auto's are usually a fifty fifty deal. Topping em can setem back too. Most plants turn purple if they have the cyanethin chemical in thier jeans. Just takes a few cool nights, next thing you know, people are askin about your purps. I forgot to mention I'm doin a purple #1 and purple power cross too. Couldn't get the twilight to pop tho, they where the most under developed seeds I've ever seen, only two left out of six. Oh yeah, gotem from DUTCH PASSION, greedy swines. Didn't even have veins on'em. I guess I went way overboard at the tude but at least I won't have to order next year, altho I probably will. Got my eyes on that Jackpot Royale for this winters closet breed with an early and to try to get fems with that silver. Had my eyes on that Maui Waui too, sposed to be an early fruity sativa.

Whats up everyone. Had to sub to a mn thread being its my state. Thinking of starting a very small outdoor grow of green-o-matic autos from green house seeds. I was planing on getting em rooted in my veg tent then transplant. just wondering is juneiah when I wanna get em in the dirt? current grow is 2 4x4x6.5 tents. flowering 28 days in is a sog of afgan goo under 600w and in veg I got 5 afghan goo mums and fresh cutting. Anybody else no longer able to post pics since system was down???

I only germed 5 of the 20 I bought and had 100% success. I germ in rapid rooters inside of a tupperware container on a heat mat. Wotks great! I had em going in a shitty hydro setup from stealth hydro (dont buy there products) they were a week old when I was gifted 30 afghan goo clones so I killed the hydro op. Im goin to try 2 of the green-o-matics in my yard hidden by other plants but trying to find a hidden area for somw guarilla growing. Also have a few clones rooting that I just took id like to try outdoors for shits and giggles.

Its almost that time of yea again my fellow MN's where i can take a break from growing indoors and grow outside =) ... i already have my seeds germ.. and just placed them in little pots waiting for them to sprout. I dont know if i will leave them outside just yet.. i hear we are getting a huge storm sometimes soon and the weather seems to be getting cold again.

Yeah the way the worlds shifting we could be the next Egypt, the once green lush continent. I ussually put em out around April 15 but I've seen alot of MN threads sayin they wait till may 15. I've never had them die to frost but I guess there's always that freak chance. In my eyes, the big threat is deer. If you puttem out so early that they're the only green thing standing they likely become deer salad.I'm guessing all this rain finally thawed the ground out, tryed to dig last week and hit ice. Probably gonna be another dry year so stick close to your water sources.
