Yup go to a good nursery or hydro shop and ask for Serenade. It smells like a bag of assholes in the sun, but works...take it outside..spray liberally, and the mildew will disapear for a while. So keep it handy.12 bucks but it works. Remove any and all leaves with even a hint ...then spray. A little prune doesnt hurt to help air flow in humid grow rooms. Boost potasium in your soil or res to help your plant stay strong against mildew and fungus.

You have a humidity problem and a water problem. Cut off the effected leafs and let the soil dry out. Go get something at a store to kill it off on the soil. Watch your water and good luck.
