Mold?

Is all the little yellowish white dots running up the stem mold? I have seen plants have a few of those little things but this plant has them running up for nearly a foot.

This is the base of a plant in a DWC hydro system... I know that the white on the hydroton balls is mold, that has been resolved.

If it is, does anyone know how to get rid of it?

I'm not sure if that's mold or not, but you should spray it with some kind of anti-fungus/mold stuff, or neem oil, just in case. The neem won't work quite as well as stuff designed specifically for mold/fungus, but will still work good, plus protect again future molds.

right on, would some hydrogen peroxide dilluted a little bit work?
