I left some clones in the humidome a little long and some of the root systems had white mold,I planted them anyways is there some way to get rid of it or should I just drown it.

If you are using hydroponics, adding a few airstones will kill any existing root rot, and prevent future rot from appearing.
If you are using soil, I have no idea, sorry. I have heard of people using hydrogen peroxide, but haven't used it personally.

You can use a product called Roots excelurator. It is from House & Garden and it cures root rot. It’s a mixture a beneficial bacteria with light nutrients. If you ask around, people will tell you that it is the best root stimulant on the market. The root growth is truly amazing with this stuff. Strong roots = strong plants….Peace and good luck
