I heard we came from a pork rib or something.
That's women. According to Christians

You better hope your islamic brothers do not see the blasphemy you have sowed.
Allah will spite you if you do not confess your wrongs, repent and commit jihad.
I haven't been Islamic for years.

Maybe we evolved from what Aliens left behind.
Like the smart people left, and then we were just still here?
Damn.

Aliens.they r just like us bit from another planet. They might look a oil different though.
Not just like us.
They would have had many many many different factors making them much different than us.

is this the scientology thread
No.

and here i thought finshaggy finally checked himself into a psych ward seeing as the front page isn't full of his threads...

guess not.
Nope, just been busy.

stupid stupid stupid.
For a man who likes to tout science, Finshaggy you've gone off the deep end.
Of all the things in the world, you pick aliens?
wow
Lol
This is definitely not the first thread I've made about aliens.
And I'm not really worried about what you have to say :D

Ive watched a lot of shows on evolution, I think that we do come from the monkey family. We share something like 97.5 % of the same genetic make up to those of chimpanzees. I think the reason aliens come into play, is because of our superior intellectual ability achieved in such a short period, Our brain has been steadily growing for millions of years, then in the past one hundred thousand years, all of a sudden our brain size TRIPLES. What some people speculate is that aliens were cross bred into human's society back in ancient times, speeding up our evolution process. But that's the past, its hard to say, what we do know is that we are the most intelligent living beings to ever walk this planet. I believe in evolving from monkeys, it makes complete sense, all of our physical body features, but could aliens be responsible for our superior intelligence. :eyesmoke:
What if when the aliens marooned us, they just chose a planet that was very suitable for us?

...or some alien stopped on earth, took a big dump, spilling his DNA everywhere, and we arose outta there.

Like there are planets with Methane that works the same as water here, because of the atmospheric pressure, and temperature of the planet.
If a race was to evolve with a methane based system, they would be intolerable to us.
They would require methane to survive, and would most likely smell like out farts, and enjoy smells we hated.

I find it very odd, If we evolved from monkeys, as to why we would have lost all of our body hair. Hair is what keeps warmth, our early ancestors would have died in the cold if we did not start to wear fur clothing. If its about survival of the fittest and I think that body hair would have stayed in our genes in order to keep us warm. Many animals still have a full body of hair. It could be possible aliens aliens are responsible for our hairless bodies through cross breeding into society a long time ago. Think about it, If you saw a hairless monkey running around, you would think its extremely peculiar. :bigjoint:

There was a good thread about just that in December. The Darwinists among us learned that it was probably an adaptation toward "persistence hunting" of large game in hot climates. Our brains are only part of our evolutionary legacy. Our great legs, and a hairless sweating torso to cool them, is the other. cncn

Yea, I remember hearing about a primitive way of how man would hunt before the time of weapons. Humans were made to run, many many many miles at a time. We could run days at a time if needed. The object of how they hunted was to track and chase the prey until to point the the prey would stop because of exhaustion. The neat thing about humans is we relieve ourselves of exhaustion through sweating, unlike many animals that have to pant, and kept at a steady running pace, animals cannot pant, tuckering themselves out easily. Man started off chasing food, now were buying it. :bigjoint:

We also could have lost our hair because women preferred mates that were less hairy and over time evolved to become hairless. I also think there was some alien interaction.

We're a species like every other living thing. We're born, find a mate, reproduce..., survival of the fittest, then we die. I don't think Aliens are involved. I definitely believe that we have neighbors in galaxies and there are humans on other planets.

Once you convert to Islam you are said to always be a muslim, no matter what you say or do. Is that not true?

I thought you were a recent convert and that you were 18.
You must have converted at a very early age
