Good Afternoon Universe, I am happy to report that Mistress is purring like a kitten, it's like I parked her yesterday, woo-hoo I can plow the road so my wife can go to work in the winter. I really need someone to video some of the shit I do probably looks hilarious, I had to pull the vbox down to the driveway. It tipped on its side on me, I just kept going, it's only grass right lol. Peace, be safe MD.

Good Morning Universe It's a great day isnt it......sure is Moondance, thanks everyone... LOL Don't mind me im in a mood this morning. I had two no shows last night on some equipment, but we will try it again later today, with another buyer. So I figured I would get the plows mounted up and make sure everythings is straight with them, so far I got Mistresses blade mounted and tested all good thankfully. I am almost ready for snow this year, I still have to replace that brake line I snapped while doing the brake pan, but thats a quarter of a day for next week, to busy this week. I love being busy though makes my days fly by, I look at the clock and poof 2 hrs went by, son of a bitch lol. I am doing some cloner research this afternoon, hopefully by this weekend I will have a new setup going, so I can get some new cuts going. I should have the 12/12 girls sexed in a weeks time so I got to get some clones moving. See i got so busy its lunch time already now shit. Peace, be safe MD.IMG_20161005_112052.jpg

Good Morning Universe how the hell are you today? I am fanfuckingtastic today, thanks for asking. The outdoor girls are finally showing signs of staring to finish up, so were a few weeks out now. I pulled a bozo no no yesterday and snapped a fitting on the plow, so now I get to drill that fitting out fun. I will leave it to next week, I am having to much fun in the office lately lol. Lots of work to get done in a short amount of time, but it's fun fun fun to me lol. I had to up pot the clones last night, roots coming out the plugs, so thats 2 cuts rooted. Monday I have to cut some more, so I fed them last night to get them ready to get cut. One of the Psycho Killers with the kick ass structure is a definite male, the rest are taking their time to show sex but we should know in another week for sure. The Fireballs seem to be leaning male but nothing definitive yet, the Neon Creep are getting big, nice thick legs on them. Peace, be safe MD.
@Shiskaboy hey Bro what ever came about from that The Ooze - was it any good?

Good Morning Universe, I hope you are having a great day of rest today, spend some time with family and friends, call someone you have not herd from in a long time!

My Sweat Method for curing Cannabis. Warning this takes practice to get right, and time, but so worth it.
20150416_135454.jpg
Chop the plant and hang it whole, leave it for 24 hrs,20141123_213224.jpg20160325_150819.jpg
after 24hrs remove all fan leaves from the entire plant.
20151227_220442.jpg 20160109_212947.jpg
Leave for 24hrs maybe 48hrs depending on how leaves that are left look, some plants it right in between that time. The sugar leaves need to wilt some but if they wilt to much trimming becomes a pain in the ass. Then they all get trimmed as nicely as you want your medicine to be trimmed (up to you I like to leave a couple of sugar leaves half cut at the bottom of the buds, once they hit the tray it helps protect the trichomes from falling off. It make a little cocoon for the bud, and can be removed before smoking.
20151229_141519.jpg
Now they hang for a few days maybe 4, I want to feel some crispness on the outside of the bud, when they feel dry enough that I don't stick to it, I cut all the buds down to trays, lined with parchment paper. I know wheres the paper on that one. Well I have a very cool wife lol, no the paper helps to collect the stray hairs and trichs that will get knocked off the buds.20160324_171909.jpg
The hardest thing to do at this stage is NOT play with your buds, O yeah large buds take longer to cure and dry, I cut mine down into "chunk" buds, they look about medium bowl size. Remember your going for the best cure possible take your pictures and what not, now lets get back to curing your medicine lol. Okay so every few hours I will take and shake the pan or do an egg flip with the buds (like your flipping eggs in a pan) but don't touch um with your hands. So its about 2-3 days later now and they are crisp to the touch all the way around they feel dry - no squeezing here got it - resist the urge to pinch them in any way, get them in a jar with a hydration pack (I use Bodeva 62 packs small ones, about 1 dollar a piece, keep them sealed air tight when not in use - store them in your empty jars and they last for seasons) In 4 (four) hours - NOT A MINUTE MORE - dump the Cannabis back out on to your trays, this time same thing leave them out on your tray or drying rack until again they feel dry - No Pinching, put it down dammit! - Then yup back in the jars, don't pack them full just fill them (and for fucks sake don't smash it in be gentle) you will need to refill them later by about 1/4 or more depending on how dense your buds are. Every once in a while shake the jar a little and this will help round off your buds a little, after 8 hrs dump the Cannabis out on to your drying rack or tray, no worries we almost at the end lol. Same thing here once they are dry to the touch they go back in the jar. The difference is they will feel totally different now than the first jar dump. Now your going to leave them for 24hrs, open the jar let it breath for a minute and put a couple of buds in your hand, does it feel wet, if so back out to the tray, I got to say I have a 3 dump system myself, usually after that I only burp them once a week for 2 weeks and leave it alone. I also mark the jars with 3 hash marks(hehe) and I scratch one out each time I do a dump so I never loose track of what time out of the jar it is. When you go to get some of your stash check all your jars give them a twisting motion like your shaking a dressing together. Try it once with even a small jar of bud and you will be very happy you did, but I am just telling you how I do it, have a great day Universe we will talk soon.

Hey Universe, I do want to clear something up, I am by no means an expert, I learn and grow daily. I learned 95% of it from these awesome people on this site, and I like to help others. It's my greatest passion aside from trying to rid the world of homelessness. I put out what I do and what works properly with no fluff of bullshit, I started off in a cabinet doing stealth grows that netted 4 grams dry. Most of us here did the same thing, you can too very easily, with Great Genetics, some learning and time, don't ever rush with cannabis cause they never will LOL, you can grow anything you need to and get the best medicine for you and you friends and family. Just ask, search learn and have fun please. Thanks for Growing! Peace,be safe Moondance.

Good Morning Universe I hope you had a stellar weekend, I got a ton of work done, no worries thats fun for me lol. Hey C I am not sure if you still checkin here or not but - I figured your idea out buddy were going to launch it in a month! - I got some questions the other day about roots and up potting, so I figured I would do a little root school today I will add the pics in later. It's still very dark here and I want to use nursery plants to demonstrate for you guys so bear with me.

Alright root school - first thing I want to say is roots are only delicate in the first few stages of life, once they reach adolescence the roots are pretty hardy. ***Beginners*** Take your seed(s) and place them in water for 24hrs to crack them, sometimes it takes 48hrs. Now they have cracked, I take a small plastic strainer and dump them into it to then they go into warm moist paper towels into bags - mark the damn bags - and put them in a dark place for 48hrs. Note - I use tweezers to transfer the seeds to the paper towel. Don't even look at them go do something else. Its now 48hrs later and you smoked a few bowls so now you have what looks like a bunch of sperm cells on some paper towels (that's good they all cracked and their tap roots are showing) Now we need some solo cups - with small drain holes poked in the bottom - to plant in, you will also need potting soil mix - starter mix - nothing hot with fertilizers at this stage you might as well throw them away. Pack the soil in but leave it a bit loose, water the soil in get it moist, don't soak the shit out of it, just moist. Take a pencil and make a hole in the center of the dirt up to where the pencil got sharpened only - no deeper. Take and drop a seed in each cup you set up, marking each cup as you go if different strains are being used. Gently cover the seed over, grab some plastic wrap and some tape, cover the cups with plastic wrap, twist at each side and place a piece of tape on to hold it. Place them under your florescent light and walk away. Check them a few times a day just make sure they are not drying out and still green housing under the plastic. Okay the seedling has now popped up and is pressing against the plastic, take the plastic off, and place them as close to the light as you can without burning the back of your hand. At this point keep them mist but not wet, leave them alone and let them grow roots lol, also only water or kelp juice no grow food yet, they dont need it and it will burn them. Okay you didn't really put them close enough to the light did you now they are leggy and want to fall over help. No big deal first water the cups thoroughly, prep your 1 gallon pots. Now you want to make a hole in the dirt in the pots about the size of the solo cup, you can even use the cup for a jig, put some dirt in pack it down, put the cup in and shake it a bit and get a hole the size of the cup and the plant top. Now squeese the sides of the solo cup a little bit on all sides, place the stem of your plant between a few fingers but don't pinch the damn thing okay be gentle here. Slide the cup off and place the whole thing in the pot without disturbing anything, plant it up to the bottom of the first leaves.
Now water them in from the bottom in a tub of water with baby strength food mix, (I also use kelp juice in it to help build roots and strong stems) have another tub handy for draining the pots. Add a little baby food water from the top to settle the roots but you want the roots to seek out the water at the bottom of the pot, watering from the bottom ensures the bottom of the pot has gotten soaked all the way. Good all that is done, put the plants back under the lights on saucers or trays, I use old plastic tub lids, they have a nice little dish to them and they clean easily, I can fit up to 6 1 gallon pots on one, so thats not bad.

Now you have 1 gallon babies that are growing and doing their thing, shit they got like a foot tall, no worries. You have some choices to make right now, do you top and grow bigger roots, are the roots coming out the bottom if so you have to up pot. I personally like to top early, I top when I have like 4 nodes showing, it forces them to build more roots and it pushes my up potting back an extra week if I am busy. So you topped them and waited a week to up pot, water them fully, do not do this part with dry plants it is just a pain in the ass really.

I want to stop for a second and talk about pot choices, pot choice cool what strains ya got LOL, no pots as in what the plants grow in, I personally use 3 gallon tall trash cans, I also have stacks and stacks of regular nursery pots that I will use if I need to LOL thanks wifey! Okay why I mention this is you are only limited by your space requirements and what you can create. The trash cans allow the Cannabis to grow deep instead of wide, they love growing deep. So I get great results cause my roots get to go deeper than a regular pot. Pretty much if you can drill drainage holes in it and you want to grow in it GO FOR IT.

Okay so the pots are watered, your new pots are marked and partially filled and packed. Cool lets up pot the bitches, squeeze on the pots all around and loosen the root ball a little, then pop it up from the bottom and make sure it moves. Put the stem between a couple of fingers and remove the pot, lay the plant and root ball on your pile of soil, yeah you herd me lay in down on the dirt. Grab a pair of scissors - Only do this part if you have a tight round net of roots looking back at you - Take and cut 3 slits through the root ring on the bottom, yeah 3 cuts through the root ring, now place it in the pot and add dirt, plant it as deep as you feel like but stay under your main knuckle on the stem, do not bury that in the dirt. Water in from the bottom with full strength grow food, and a little from the top, let them drain and place under the lights.

Holding mother plants for long times requires trimming of the roots from time to time, what I do is I take them over to my potting tub dry, squeeze the side a little to loosen the root ball, most of your dirt will be encased in roots it will not blow out all over the place until you cut the roots, lay the plant down on the dirt. Take and add as much dirt into the old pot as roots you are going to cut off your mother, pack it in, water it a little. Pick your mother up by the base of the stem and get a good grip, take your scissors and cut the amount of roots off as dirt you put in the pot, try to limit the cut to 5" at a time. Now chop the roots off and compost them, place the mother back in the pot, press down a little to get good soil contact and water from underneath, shes good to go for another year Congratulations I will get the pics up later today, I don't have any assistance here yet, I cant wait to hire some help. Thanks for Growing, Peace, be safe MD.

We had a hard frost last light, so its getting time, I had to cover the girls over with row covers but it looks like everything is fine as can be. Tomatoes are shot but, the wifey picked them all last night and we are trying a thing she read that says if you put green tomatoes into paper bags they will ripen. So into paper bags we go, I like trying new shit. Thanks for Growing! Peace, be safe MD.IMG_20161009_171703.jpg IMG_20161009_171518.jpg 20161009_174539.jpg

Some nice looking shots in here, OP. Here is that trich guide (as per your request):
Trichomes.png

The best way to know when your buds are ripe and ready for harvest is to use loupe or a scope (60-100x) and check the trichomes. It is a personal preference, but I like to chop right when I first start seeing amber. Seems to give the best flavor, and high.

Thanks for the add. Cheers.

Okay I can't believe my luck - sorry this plant gives me a raging hard on okay. This male is the prime example of what kind of things to look for in your male stock or even female stock for that matter. My lucky ass has twins one is already in 3 gallon and im not so sure of the sex yet so maybe a girl...maybe a boy. Either way I am super fantastically excited now. I am so stoked that the male tent is going up this weekend now! Those who have been here a long time will remember last year I was searching for a fruity fruity goodness for adding into a new signature strain I am developing, Mixed Fruit Knockout for the housewives of the world, they can say "yeah I had some Mixed Fruit for breakfast" and giggle to themselves LOL. Okay pipe dreams aside - Breeders Boutique created a strain called Psycho Killer - I do not know who the original breeder is but my dicks up to you! This strain has the strongest lemon flavor to it, you would almost swear your sucking on a damn lemon. Well last year I had made a whole series of seeds I was going to release called The Dream Line - my tag line for Paradise Nursery is "Where dreams grow & imagination blossoms!" well I made the seeds, they came out beautifully, harvested under the green moon, in April. I mean Come On, in the best Jimmy voice I can. I got to smoke an ounce of it before my "Incident" and the cops got the whole seed run. I had made Engineers Dream x Engineers Dream x 2, Psycho Dream Killer, Skunk Wrecked Widows Dream, Firey Dream Balls and Cindy's Dream (Satellite Cindy from Oregon Green Seed Company female). Basically I was making the next generation of great pain medicine at least what worked for me. I thought all was lost after that shit went down. I am back on track to duplicate me work again just a different way that I think will turn out stable by the time I get done. I am only missing a few strains like D.J. Shorts original Blueberry - The Blueberry yum yum Ludicrous has a rap about, I had one opportunity so far to taste it and then it went away for something else I guess, I was working a 9-5 then so I don't know. Here he is, Psycho Killer - I got the following from the Breeders Boutique website i hope no one minds. Thanks for Growing! Peace, be safe MD.

TGA Subcool Seeds' Jack the Ripper is well named because it is absolutely killer weed. Jack the Ripper is a Hybrid: Pluton x Purple Haze x Lambsbread x NL x Jack Herer x Romulan x Cindy 99BCGA.

A true 8 week sativa Haze, the first thing growers notice is the incredible lemon smell and heavy resin production. It has been described by UK growers as the best 8 week haze ever produced.

From the same seed pack - I hope Lemon Pledge......... Psycho Killer Male beauty! Ill get a better pic tomorrow lol.20161013_124644.jpg

I have no idea, I have a seed vault with seeds I have gotten and or collected from people and bags from the last 30 years of collecting them, when I get bored I pull out an unmarked package or two and see if there's gold. The plants from that season lasted us 3 years, and in that time I was working for everyone else making them money, and did not grow for awhile. I was bored and went into the vault and came up with some gold - When I grew the first one in a cabinet under CFL's she glowed neon green in the first two stages of growth and then she turned out to be creeper cannabis so I just put the two together and named her Neon Creep. Yes I am hoping the 3 gallon big one is a boy, but I have another that made it as well so I got two shots at keeping the strain alive and in existence. Thanks for Growing! Peace, be safe MD.
