Set up a scrog screen and push the stems back under the screen and move them over in which ever direction looks good they may look bent and mad at you but they will grow sideways then back up.... Once the screen is filled to your hearts content ( I'm reading a little over 50% of the screen filled ) let them grow up and through the screeny. Then once all the main branches are up and out of the screen you go back under and cull the leaves that'll never make it to the screen

If you look at the pic you can see the thickest stem grew up and was pushed down and to the right to allow the other branches time to catch up... now all of those branches are at and equal distance from the light and the branches that would have been at the bottom of that plant that would have been deprived of light and would have only produce light popcorn nugs... as they are so beautifully called here... will now, because of the better light distribution , will produce more and better looking nuggestry

It's called scrog. It's a form of low stress training used to maximize light distribution. Another form of lst < low stress training >... I believe the original lst ... is to just pull branches down gently and tie them to the side of the pot for example... This cause the plant to spend a day or two growing out before trying to grow back up

Some people do this along side another form of high stress training such as top, FIM, and or supercrop I think it's called.

Okay so I was looking it up correctly, I just wanted to know how to do so step by step from second node and up like a time lapse video

It's a scrog. Forces the branches to grow horizontally instead of vertically and allows the lower tips to grow because they are exposed to more light. A properly done scrog has an even canopy with many colas - 6" - 8" above the screen.
