ok i have a 600w and a 1000w light i heard the 600 are more efficient so which one should i use for maybe 6-7 plants?? The ballast is 1000w tho so does it use the same power no matter wat watt bulb is used??

If the ballast is 1000w, you can only run a 1000w bulb.

yes alot more, its the best bulb u can get, you see the how half the bulbs blue in the other red...perfect!
