Most efficient temperatures for making cannaoil/ cannabis infused oils?

I have seen more than my fair share f recipes on the internet, cooked more than my fair share of edibles, and have even watched as others have prepared their edibles. Everyone has their favorite recipe, but as far as gaining the best "high" and extracting the most amount of active ingredients(THC, CBD, CBN, etc.), what temperature and for what duration is most effective. Looking for scientific evidence, anecdotal may help provided you have kept your variables low. I have seen people make cannaoil at fucking room temperature, letting there grinded nugs, shake, kief, whatever just sit in a mason jar for like 24 hours in the fatty oils, shaking periodically. Then, I have seen others make cannaoil at temps exceeding 350 degrees farenheit?! Personally, I have found that 12+ hours at 250 degrees farenheit seems to work nicely for me, but I have heard of people using less/more. Any input here? I was considering trying out a ghetto "radiator" cannaoil for shits and giggles. I figure that the radiator will stay at least above room temperature, and then have bursts of temperatures exceeding 150 degrees. I'm sure over time, this , may be enough for the cannabinoids to bind to the fat. Red-Neck Cannaoil;):eyesmoke:
