wow what light are you using. looks awful RED maybe try using simple cfl or MH in there
looks like nute lock out, flush and do it soon.

What should I do to properly flush...
looks like soil. I flush m,y girls with 3x the pot size of water. I grow in 7 gallon pots so i flush with 21 gallons of fresh water, in a few hours of course, dont pour all the water on it and walk away, pour until it cant hold anymore, let it drain away down the drain or something (do it in a bathtub or shower or outside) and do it again!!

check the ppm of your run off. is it at 2000?

If you noticed slower growth two weeks ago why didn't you start making pre-emptive moves then?!
Nute lockout is possible, root bounding is possible. When's the last time you pruned your roots or repotted her? When is the last time you fed her and checked ppm?
And also if she was in bad health, you never should have switched her lights. Unless you just had her under cfl prior, which isn't a huge leap to LED, but even still! The light spectrums and intensitys from HID to LED or CFL to LED are very differant and can be a stress to your plant

I cut the plant out of its bag, I believe it's root bound from the way roots were tangled, So I repotted into 20 gal from five gal.. should I flush now?

so this is your first grow? the plant ins just thirsty is it? mine get droopy if i under water them. what size container is it in?

No it's not just thirsty... I experienced thirst already... lol it was in a 5gal I just repotted to a 20

if the roots were brown I'm sure you would have noticed. the larger container will probably help out. you may want to trim off some of that damaged foliage and maybe not take clones off of it for a while. or find the best couple clones and say fuck it and clone it and flower that ugly skank cause she's being ornery. happy holidays and i hope she snaps outta it.
